Description

This handsome handwoven Persian carpet has its origins in the southeast of Iran and named after the nomadic tribe of Afshar.
The woollen pile lends itself to a soft, luxurious, plush finish. Vibrant colours of blue complemented by the red harmonises in a striking and bold palette.
Typical of most tribal carpet, geometric designs and repition of medallions are evident in this Afshar. Its own individual quirks and idiosyncracies is what makes it truly unique.
